I stayed for 1 night in a Standard Double Room and had a wonderful breakfast at a table overlooking the Mosel. The breakfast menu had delicious options like waffle tartlets with Belgian chocolate. The cozy room was quiet, making for a pleasant stay.

Parking arrangements were a bit unclear.

The make-your-own pancake machine at breakfast was a hit! Had amazing views of the Moselle River while enjoying smoked salmon.

On the flip side, the reception staff could use some charm—got charged for a breakfast I didn’t have, and the room was overpriced for what it offered. The space was lacking basic amenities, which felt a bit off for the price paid.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed brought a good start to my stay. Enjoyed the effective Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected. The incredible views of the Mosel River added a special touch to my mornings. The breakfast offered plenty of options, though coffee quality could use a boost. It was nice to have a late check-out option. However, check-in took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. The lack of a refrigerator in the room was disappointing, especially considering the needs for keeping drinks cool. Also, the parking arrangements were confusing initially, causing some stress upon arrival. Overall, it was a solid stay with room for improvement in a few areas.

I was appalled by the cleanliness of my room. The cups I found had remnants of old milk, and there were visible hairs left behind. Additionally, I found it outrageous to be charged for a breakfast I never had. Even though I was promised decent services, my experience turned out to be quite lackluster, and I was left very disappointed overall.

However, the absence of air conditioning was uncomfortable during hotter evenings. Additionally, the parking options were somewhat limited and confusing, making the arrival a bit stressful.
